We have invested considerably in the latest technology to aid accurate representation of the buildings we survey. We can also offer computer aided draughting techniques which offer a greater degree of accuracy and clarity over traditional drawing boards.
We offer our measured survey and drawing production service to many different clients who use the completed drawings for a multitude of uses. We produce plans, elevations & sections of buildings for such uses as portfolio management, estate management and maintenance management purposes by the building owner or manager.
The drawings may be comparatively simple, identifying the positions of walls, partitions, windows and the like, or more complex to include identification of structural materials, service pipe routes, power outlets, etc.
