Feasibility Study

Here at MWS Associates, our Surveyors are fully conversant with the latest legislation from the Disability Discrimination Act to the Building Regulations and everything in between.

Not only do we have an in depth knowledge of property and construction but we also have many years experience within the surveying field and are thus well placed to advise on any aspects of the feasibility of your project.

We have produced countless feasibility study's and reports for numerous clients on many different building types, ranging from simple domestic extensions to more complex commercial fit outs and alterations.

We do not have a standard feasibility report as every single one is different, but as a general rule our report will contain the following information:

  • Information regarding the current building.
  • The clients brief and intentions.
  • The clients budget.
  • The possible options on how to, most effectively undertake the clients intentions on the building, including budget costings.
  • Where appropriate, drawings or sketches.
