General Procedures for small scale projects:
- Discussing the client's aims and requirements, giving general advice, outlining possible courses of action and the scopes of service we provide.
- Taking a detailed brief from the client.
- Visiting the site/property to carry out an initial inspection including measured survey.
- Presenting an initial appraisal to the client including proposal drawings.
- Receiving any amended instructions and altering the drawings accordingly, to suit the clients requirements.
- Apply for Planning Permission and Building Regulation Permission based on the approved proposals.
