This subject is clearly very large and can take on many different forms dependant on the clients requirements. Under the heading of Building Refurbishment we have extensive experience in the refurbishment of a large array of properties from single houses to large commercial premises to bring them in line with current regulations and legislation, giving a modern and comfortable finished environment.
After fire, flood, storm damage or any other type of property damage it is often the clients wish to reinstate the damaged building to its former condition, which is often funded through insurance settlements. We are able to undertake this service and efficiently return the property to its original keeping, in accordance with the clients specification.
The conversion of buildings can often be a complex procedure, and we believe we are well placed to advise on and undertake these works obtaining the best results for the client and their property. Examples of Building Conversion we have been involved in include; the conversion of barns, post offices, public houses, cinemas… to form other uses such as residential property, shops, nightclubs.
Our involvement in either Building Refurbishment, Building Reinstatement or Building Conversion can vary considerably depending on the clients requirements, however we are pleased to offer our Feasibility Study service, Architectural & Design Service, Specification Production service, or Construction/Project Management service, either individually, or if required, collectively (Project Management) to give a full input into the project from initial conception to completion, with one point of contact for the client and contractor.
