Measured Surveys and Drawing Production

We have the latest high technology equipment to enable us to accurately produce drawings from measured surveys. These are often required by building owners simply as a record or to form part of a maintenance or repair plan. We are able to accurately reproduce elevations and floor layout plans using AutoCAD software. The floor layout plans can simply show the locations of doors, windows, staircases and other basic features or can be more detailed to show service runs, power points, lighting points etc.

Feasibility Study's

We are able to offer Feasibility Study's on all aspects of alteration, maintenance and repair of period, historic or listed buildings. We have an in depth knowledge of the legislation surrounding Listed Buildings along with the care and sensitivity required when dealing with works to buildings of such fragile beauty.


 

Building Surveys

This is a highly detailed and specialised building survey report designed specifically for period, listed and historic buildings. Responsibilities on owning such buildings are substantial and the law requires any alterations, repairs and maintenance are carried out in accordance with quite strict guidelines.

Like a Full Building Survey, all of the structures are included in the report, including services, drains, grounds & boundaries and the like. All our building surveys include guidance on repair costs and a helpful repair priority system to help prepare budgets.

We have a passion for period property, we are currently members of the Association of Building Conservation Management, operated by the Chartered Institute Of Building.
